Etiquette and common courtesy - While in the gym, the changing room or the showers, please remember to keep everything clean and tidy. Do not litter anywhere on our premises. When using freeweights, place them back on the rack once you're done. When exercising with equipment that uses plates, such as bars or the Smith machines, always take the plates off the equipment and place them back on the racks after you're done with them. If another member is using a piece of equipment, please be patient and wait your turn. Unless you are taking a break between sets, do not sit on equipment if you are not exercising. Please try to keep your voice down while chatting or talking on the phone.
